I missed the last 2 days because of life got in the way.. I just finished a Keno X workout so that brings my total of workout this year to 72.. In the last 10 days I have worked out 8 times.. I don't think that is bad..
I got up too late to ride to the gym and so I drove this morning.. I did 50 minutes onthe Arc trainer then wen to the steam room.. I am planning on going to the gym tonight or to pull out the P90X DVD's and give that another try now that I am done with my vacation.
I did another P90X DVD this morning. It was Kenpo X a high-intensity cardiovascular workout packed with lots of punching and kicking combinations to improve balance, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. I certainly hope it helps with Flexibility and coordination. I was always a couple steps behind. I woudl be like.. Yea Right.. I was having problem following 4 moves in a row Steps for the day 8,612
I didn't make it to the gym this morning but I did do another DVD on the P90X. It was the Yoga one.. I did not really like it.. Yes I did sweat but I was not fond of it.. I will try it a couple more times then maybe accidently drop it from the list.. I had 9,304 steps for the day.
I did the next DVD on the list. Shoulder and Arms and the Ab Routine. My arms are sore. This is a lot different then going to the gym because I do my 13 machines it takes about 40 minutes and that is it. This is targeting the same area for an hour
No I didn't make a mistake on the date it is my second workout for the day.. I did the P90X Plyometrics Workout. This is the description on their website of the workout "Get ready to go airborne. With over 30 explosive jumping moves, you won't be spending much time on the ground during this highly intense cardio routine. Plyometrics, also known as jump training, has been proven to dramatically improve athletic performance. If your sport involves a ring, rink, field, court, or track, then this training will give you the edge. Just be prepared to "Bring It" for a full hour when you leap into this workout, because there is no letting up" I had about 10 minutes left and I said it was time to go to bed.. I have a spin class in the morning. I had 13, 449 steps for the day.
I was waiting till I had time to catch up to today's date but I decided I
will just go back and do the previous ones when I have time..
Well it finally came our P90X DVD's and the resistance bands. So I am going
to do the classic workout while Kim and Morgan will be doing the lean.. So
They did #08 Core Synergistics and I did #01 Chest & Back. I have never did
and attempted so many push ups in my life. I also did part of 12 Ab Ripper
X. I had 9,387 steps for the day.
